What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA credit / debit cards, UPI as well as provide payments through Cash-On-Delivery (COD) or International cards/ Paypal for international shipping. If you have an Indian bank account, you can also transfer your payment directly to us using Net Banking facility.
How will I know if you have received my order?
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. You will also receive an order confirmation email from Maati Crafts.
How long does it take to process an order?
We try our best to ship products to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 2-3 business days to ship products from Mumbai. Your order will take approximately 7 business days to reach you. We keep you posted through email in case of exceptions, special orders which require alteration or further delay due to possible unavailability of products.
