Questions on Exchanges & Returns.

 If you are returning a Maati product, please note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, colour, block, design etc. signify that these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine-made products and hence we would appreciate if you could consider this before returning any product. If you still want to return or exchange a product, we have a very customer-friendly policy as under:

The rules for exchanges and returns/ refunds are outlined below:

Customer initiated exchanges or store credit

If you wish to exchange a product for size or style after purchasing it for any reason, please submit your request to us us within 24 hours of delivery  at   orders@maaticrafts.com with the reason for exchange or please click here.  

 For items not under Sale

  1. Please refer to individual product terms for exchange and return policies. Returns and refunds are not available for stoles, sarees, dupattas, jewelry, home decor, quilts and bags.
  2. Please mention the name of item you would like to exchange/ return along with the reason.
  3. Free pickups are available on eligible products not under 'Sale.  We will arrange a free pickup of the product within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your mail. 
  4. We will send you the replacement product after we receive the original product from you. Kindly allow us 8-10 working days to get the original piece and send you the replacement. 
  5. All exchanges/ returns will be considered upto maximum of 1 week from date of receipt of the product by you. Exchanges will be considered  only if the product is unused, not washed and not damaged with original packaging and tags intact.
  6. Orders which are undelivered on account of incorrect / wrong address provided by Customer are not eligible for exchange/refund.
  7. All exchange will be done upto a maximum of 1 time per order.
  8. Orders once processed for exchange, will not be eligible for refund via Bank/ Card. Any further return of the product will be eligible for store credit only.

    Guideline for reverse pickup process: 
    We advise you to please keep a video of the parcel with the items inside while handing the parcel over to the courier executive. Also request you to retain the video till the item is confirmed received at our end. This recording would be required in case of any discrepancy in the items received.

For items under Sale or bought under Sale or Discount offer 

  1. No exchanges, returns, or refunds are for items bought under discount.
  2. No exchanges, returns or refunds are available for stoles, sarees, dupattas, jewelry and bags.
  3. Items under sale are eligible only for size or style exchange or store credit. There is no refund facility for items under Sale.
  4. Please mention the item you would like to exchange along with the reason for exchange.
  5. Free pickups are not available for items under 'Sale'. You can contact us for location details and courier the piece to us. Alternatively, our team will be happy to help arrange the pickups at a charge of Rs. 150/-  for items under Sale. 
  6. Orders which are undelivered on account of incorrect / wrong address provided by Customer are not eligible for exchange/ refund.

    Store Credit

    Store Credits can be used indefinitely and will be available as a discount Code which will be emailed to you.

    You can obtain store credit after your exchange item has been receive at our address. Items should retain the original tags and should  unused, not washed and not damaged.

     

    Refund Policy 

    1. Refunds are eligible on non-sale items only(not bought under any discount).  Orders which have been converted into Store Credits or exchanges will be not be eligible for refunds. 

    2. Refunds will be processed  with 5-7 working days, after receipt of original product back to our location.

    3. Orders paid via online mode will be refunded through same payment mode through which the original order was placed .

    4. Orders placed via 'Cash on Delivery' will be refunded via NEFT through Net Banking to your account. Please submit your details here or email us on orders@maaticrafts.com.

    Account Number, Name and IFSC Code.

    Please ensure you check and verify the Bank details before emailing us. Any error in submitting bank details will fall outside our ambit and cross check or corroborate.

    5. Refunds will not processed directly into PayTM or Google pay or any other wallet directly
