What are the sizes Maati Crafts cater to?
We cater to small, medium, large, XL, and XXL for most of our clothing range. Please refer to the “find your size” on our website where we have suggested basic measurements for chest, hip, waist and shoulders. Note that we provide a margin of about 1” to 1 ½” inches in all our garments so you can choose to alter them, if required.
What are wash care instructions for garments?
We provide wash care and instructions on all our garment labels. We recommend that the first wash of any garment be dry-cleaning. You can also wash the garments with alum in cold water. Never dry them in direct sunlight. Please use mild detergents while washing any garment. Silk gajji dupattas, stoles and garments should be dry-cleaned only. Colours may run or rub a little as all garments are hand block printed and are natural colours.
What are the care instructions for juttis?
Our juttis can be used in any weather, however with a little care! Always keep your juttis in a muslin cloth which is provided with them when you buy them from us. The softness of muslin cloth lets them breathe and is not hard on their surface. In case your juttis get dirty, you can clean them with soft damp cloth or you could also dry-clean them. Juttis with embroidery or embellishments must be dry-cleaned only.
What are the care instructions for ceramic and terracotta jewelry?
We recommend keeping every piece of jewelry in a separate cloth bag. Do not use any jewelry cleaning liquid on them. Do not clean them with water. Handle with care!
All our clothing & products are handmade in India.
